if the codes are listed correctly, the 1971 barracuda has a spd of 521 yet wears what appear to be the remains of stripes available on 1972 Plymouth e-bodies. If someone has a factory bulletin indicating exactly what date they (the stripes) became available, it could indeed prove to be a "rare one off".
