never done any bodywork before I start to think having a pro doing it will be both cheaper and better. I feel so stupid beeing able to build engines but can't do any bodywork. :banghead:

FWIW, I never found cheap bodywork out here. 80-120 an hour. There are bodyshop forums and youtube videos to watch and learn IF you do change your mind once you get estimates. 10K-15K, even 20K to have a car done is what it might cost.  If you really want to learn something you can do it.

Don't get me wrong, I'm very eager to learn and also checked out the videos, my
concern was the investment in tools for fixing 2 doors. I will listen around if there is any possibilty to borrow a gun like that in my area.

You might try asking around and find a body shop employee that is willing to do some work on the side.  Someone that works in a body shop coudl borrow the tools and do just the metal work for you, leaving the finish work for you.  Another option might be to do it old school by drilling smal holes, use a threaded slide hammer to pull the low spots and then weld up the holes.  It is a lot more work, but there were many cars that were fixed this way in the past.

if you have a MIG machine, you can easly do the same job with standard tools like hammer, plier and some "stud like" bolt to weld on the dent.

Here you see some of the reasons I'm awaiting the frontfenders from AMD to be released. If I should have someone fix my fenders it will cost much more then new ones. He must have been an artist the person putting all the filler on my car. :eek4:
I actually won best of show on a carshow just before I started the teardown, you didn't see anything on the bodypanels from this.

No Bart, actually not, almost the opposit. I bought all fllorpanels including the trunk
but now I don't know if I should use them all or partly patch on some locations? :clueless: What would you have done guys with the trunkfloor and rear
passengerfloor? The full front floorpan I will replace not only due to rust but also the shape and cutting. I'm happy that the windshieldframe and the area in the back where the conv top is attached are very healthy. So are the framerails and cowlarea.
