Hey Stroker and Wages
« on: August 11, 2009 - 03:46:21 PM »
Look at this.  I am going to go look at it tomorrow.  I wanna be just like you two guys with a dodge race car. Im working on a deal. Tell me what you think.  There is alot of parts not listed either.

2400 lbs with a big block and 2 speed-   It would be a project for me.  Needs tires, lexan brake pads and stuff, but I feel I could get it to hook up.  Extra gear sets too and maybe some parts for the cudaguy's little dream.

Alan,

Looks good.  Great idea about puting the name of your shop on the car!  Id say you will be able to get that thing down the track just fine!

looks decent al, id love to see it in the flesh.
great idea for the business. :thinkerg:
i would be surprised if it actually weighs 2400 with a b.b. iron headed no less... :clueless:
if it does id be super impressed, but then again ive seen stranger things.
i have a set of longacres if you need to use em.

theres so much to actually ask, i dont know where to begin, someone elses chassis project , whats actually there, whats not. time slips? etc.

your a sharp negotiator, and a savvy builder.

youll know better when your actually face to face with the beast.

good luck, my friend.   :2thumbs:

Thanks...   I actually dont believe 2400   :roflsmiley:  he said it was weighed, but find it doubtfull. Doesnt matter tho, even if it's under 3k with me in it, it will be a blast and good advertising.  He called and gave directions a bit ago. The price has dropped a bunch already.  Ring up an im just looking. its 155 miles away so I got nothing to loose.   It will be a fun car to take to carlisle and let members play with on a timer and air shift.  But I dont know if I even fit in the car yet. I could be too short or tall. I also need to check welds and 4 link stuff, but it would be tough for me to assemble a car for that price.

We shall see

It won't even shut down for a reboot, I have to unplug the darn thing. I can't even see photobucket links, and I'm too dumb to know what to do or even try. So..........Al can ya post a "seeable" pic?  :sadwavey:

Thanks Wages, now that would be fun. I know a guy here in Ohio that had a very similar Challenger set up that way, John Buleher, he sold it about 5 years ago and built a 64 Dart and put a Hemi cross ram in it. He will probably be running at Norwalk next month.  Yep.........Al is the right owner for that ride.  :bananasmi  :2thumbs:
