Hey SOS... what size of rims are those?!? If you're going to be putting different ones on there, thinking about selling those?? ??? I really like 'em... ;)

LB

LB69  These wheels were on the car when I got it from the importer, they are 16x8" on front & 16x9" on rear. They don't have the correct centre bore hole so don't fit over the hub. Whoever fitted them has used 1/4" spacers & long wheel studs to overcome the centre problem but that isn't safe. They should have machined the centre bore so the wheels fit up against the hubs properly. They are also a litle marked around the stud holes, looks like someone lost the locknut key & tried to chisel the nuts off (they missed a few times). I thought about modifying them & getting the repolished but don't think it's worth the effort.

Cheers SoS
I'm not automotively predjudiced I just prefer the best.

My '74 Cuda, 383 automatic.  Picked it up just last year and haven't had a chance to do much to it at this point.   Sure is fun to drive a headturner!

Mr digital - Thanks. If I could afford the same paint job your car has .. I would be golden.
At first glance I thought your car was black.. looks like wet glass. Looked at yours several times already.

Awesome!

Nick - this Cuda weas bought by my friend's cousin about 8 years ago.. I found the can in the NJ Want Ad Press. The add said 1971 cuda.. must sell. All 3 of us went to see it & it was (as it sits) a black 71 shaker Cuda all org. It was in Ed hamburger's family.. strickly raced it. At the tinme it had 6500 org miles on it, as they only towed to & back from the race track. The car ws given to Hamburger's brother n laws kid.. & he was the one selling, because he wanted a mustang GT & not some old car LOL.

Friend's cousin bought it for $6300, I bought it off him for $12k because he needed $$ for a down payment & he knew how much I wanted that car. After I bought it I found both build sheets in the car. It a;ways sat in a garage.. so there's zero rust & all org sheetmetal. I'd rather have that than new panels brazed in. It just needs to be painted.. sooner or later   ;D :D
