I'm so tired of Favre, either retire or don't keep saying you are.

Adrian Peterson is great, however Farve will not make that much difference, his completion percentage is down and alot of times he just throws the ball up and hopes his guy comes down with it.

He should be retired but we will see if he is still good.

Peterson might be a great runner, but you still need people who can catch the ball to make Favre anything more than the average QB he has been for the past few years.  The only thing in his favor is at least half his games will be indoors.  Should be interesting but no way are they a Super Bowl contender just by signing him.  I would put Philly, Giants, and possibly Dallas if they get their heads out of their butts ahead of them in the NFC.

If one of the networks would give him a commentator position he'd stay retired. :2cents:

I must say it's going to get a little hard to get used to cheering for him. I due think it's been years since we had a Qback though.

:bananasmi 73 CHALLY.we have berrian and newly required percy harvin that we have this year as receivers and with favre's arm we should improve in the passing gave this year tremendosly.who you gonna cover when you have peterson as the long run threat.
i think this year we'll go further with favre at the helm better than t-jack choken in the play offs against philly.at least favre won't choke under pressure

I am so tired of this drama queen. Really, what did he do with the Jets last year??  A couple of good games, then pretty much stunk it up. I hope the h@ll he stinks it up again and is gone from the league for good.

As a side note, he won't be on my Fantasy team.    :smilielol:

Choking is Favre's specialty.  He has thrown so money lame duck passes at the end of games it's ridiculous.  How about the final interception I believe against Philly 3 or 4 years ago in the playoffs where he just chucked a ball that was intercepted (my grampa could have intercepted and he's 92) and returned for the winning touchdown in overtime.  He's nothing but a self-centered egotistical buffoon it's not even funny.  His whole drama queen deal was just so he could skip the 2-a-days at training camp.  The Viqueens are fools for giving him 12M and will live to regret it.

Who? :naughty:

As if the Jets weren't bad enough... ::)  I'm pretty sure I'm going to get out of all my old Favre memorabilia while I still can.  It's obviously always been about the money; not the love of the team.
