Ooops. I just responded to this from the email.  It looked like it cam from Yahoo; not here.  I don't understand that.

So read the email: answers yes as most, not all, Leagues have an assistant commish.

Now you Team Owners wont get away with anything as you have a Cuda & Challenger as your Commissioners

Thanks Joe

Team Owners, Joe is going to help me out in all Trades/Transactions final decisions, we are going to iron out the Rules and get these out to the Owners way before our Draft date. Joe and I also will finalize the settings, such as point scoring, add/drop, waivers, etc.....

I have a set of Rules being reviewed by JoltinJoe, after we finalize the draft, I will forward on a copy to all Team Owners.

I plan to publish the League on August 31st, so I would assume your draft pick studies will be complete. Yahoo! Sports will assign us our Autodraft date within 72 hours.

Guess who?

I recognize a few people in our league, but not most. How do we contact each other for trades? Do we post our offers here and hope someone is interested?  Do we PM each other, but most team names aren't usernames, so that is my problem...I don't know who is in this league.

I have no problems posting here, but is that the way we want to do it?

What are your offers for my #1??       I'll swap #1's with anyone, but what else?
