My favorite, by a mile, is "Psycho Man" from the 1998 Black Sabbath reunion album.  But since you said no Sabbath, I'd go:

1)  Bark At The Moon
2)  Miracle Man
3)  Demon Alcohol

hehe you sent me down a trip through memory lane here.  the first time i saw ozzy was circa 1981.  he appeared at a local record store and signed my buddy and Is knuckles with O Z Z Y just like his tattoos.  he played that weekend in a 2000 seat venue in milwaukee.  about 9 months later i saw him again this time he played in a 7k seat venue and his opening act was " the starfighters " .  a few months after that he came back and sold out the mecca a 12k seat venue with motley crue as his opening act.
