Thoughts on custom gauge panel

I have been thinking a lot lately about putting a custom gauge panel in my Challenger instead of the stock rallye gauges. I found this one at the West Coast Nationals (pre 1957 car show). I would use the new Mopar Pro-Line gauges from Autometer and would paint the bezel something other than silver.

I orderd this panel last weekend! I will post photos once I get it in the mail

great looking dash and console     are the seats the same width as the original seats?

I never measured them but I would say they are very close to the same width.

Do you have any more shots of your interior?

I don't want to hijack the thread but I will take some more this weekend and make a new post with pics of my car.

Is that silver panel posted above the covan one?  I am very curious what the covan one looks like since it is very reasonably priced...I wish there was a way to get in touch with the Rocky Mountain guys there has to be some stuff left I meant to order one of their dashes a few years back...now I am stuck...Anyone got any means of getting in touch with them?

I used a RockyMountainsdash in my 69 notch cuda

Mine - a boring rally dash but with stripped and polished bezels, gun-metal painted tunnels, and white faced instruments

I have a non ralley dash, but can't afford a ralley.  I like the covan's but where is the turn signal indicators and high beam indicators?

You'll have to drill them.

I take it you drill for the gauges too.

Depends. The one shown is pre-drilled, they do also offer a blank gauge panel, so you can place your own gauges.

Good luck with that! The satin finish will need to be protected extremely well.
