Old cat's whiskers
« on: September 07, 2009 - 04:06:15 PM »
Wondering if there is any reason to keep old cat's whiskers (window sweeps/seals) from the doors......I figure they are junk but the metal parts are still fine......worth anything or junk?

Starting to feel like Fred G. Sanford and need to clean up a bit...LOL

Jeez, I never even gave that it thought. I tossed my old stuff. I imagine Fred picked it up and made a few $$ on it for buying some of his "Mannishipple".  Gosh, I can't even remember what two mixtures Fred used to create that.   :banghead:  Mannishshevadtes(SP), and?? Sorry for going off tangent here.   :misbehaving:

One man's trash is another mans treasure. Post them up, maybe they're better than those someone is using now. How tough were they to replace?

I think the only thing they might be good for is the metal core.....

They were easy to replace...I bought Top Cat whiskers and they installed just like the originals.   :2thumbs:
