Okay, make that 2 parts I don't know where to put (so far).  This one is about 1-1/2" square.  And I think it is also tranny related.
When my car was an auto, it had a couple of shims in the rear tranny mount that looked similar (not quite the same) to your pic. Brought the tailshaft  up about an eighth of an inch.

the first piece definaty bolts onto the frame rail to support the column interlock shaft , it i squite different from the Auto version but does the same thing
 no clue on the second part
