Funny it was "just" a 318 car, but it was a Hemi to me! I wanted that car since I was 9 years old really wanted a 1970 but that one did just fine! I remember sitting around with the guys in highschool dreaming about if you could have any car ,money not an issue what would you have. They said stuff like a Ferrari, Porche,lambrogini etc..They all laughed when I said a 1970 Dodge Challenger. But I got my dream car not many can say that!  ( Thanks Mom!- I used some of her inheritance money on my current Challenger)

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Cool pic just wish I had my pics from back then.  Either lost or stolen from me and no way to get them back,   :banghead:
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

Love the color, thats what my 73 looks like, but add a vinyl top.  Hopefully I will have it done by next summer.  :thumbsup:

I picked this cd up years ago from a local Food World supermarket of all places. Same color as yours Brad-

Ya Cool! same color or very close. I remember it  more as "Metalic Copper" Mine wasen't a RT car though just a plain jane (flat hood)

I just found a few more cleaning up the basement! Don't laugh to hard at the picture of me...it was the 80's already! I was 19 in the picture. I sure notice the rear sag now. Rear frame was rotted through and the springs were comming thru the trunk!
Looking at these old pictures makes me smile! Happy times for sure! I almost wore the paint off washing and waxing that car every other day! Literally!
