I have seen them used on lots of hot rods. My friedn used a heidts kit on his 68 camero with a custom frame and it drove like a dream!  http://www.heidts.com/ :2thumbs:

when I was first looking for a rear set up I was considering them but they stated they could only handle 400hp. now these things are taling 1000hp but the price went up accordingly lol

I rode in this car.  It was based I do believe on a 9 indh ford rear I believe.  The engine was a 528 hemi and keesler 5 spd.  It was a good combp with the front end it had in it. Hugged the road well.  But all the stuff is pricey forsure
