Help with car values

Other than the coated headers and flowmaster exhaust, I think everything else is original.  I have asked about the rust, and have been told that there is no rust.  I am not a risk taker, but if this car is as reported, it seems like a good risk to take.  Any other pitfalls I should be aware of?  Thanks to those who have given advice already.

I have not seen any real market for OE 72-up cars, performance mods seem to enhance value.

Don't wait around... Get your money together get to it quick & be repaired to make the purchase..
  I've read to many sad stories of cars sold out from under people here.

this was a quick turn and burn project. I like the bottom of the rocker pic with the drips and the rear valance to quarter,NO SEAM    Why is it blended together but they didn't cover up the bumper guard cut outs?  absolutly no detail to the engine compartment besides a new shiny carb
