That was at a remote area near the city of Lahr in Germany. The signs there just say USAFE (US airforce Europe), but from a patroling security guy i heard that nowadays, there are mostly construction machines stored in the hangars.

We went there for the photoshooting of a local rockband. Here's one of the official shots.

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.
