Holy crap South of Sydney, my next door neighbor made me a compilation tape in the early 80's with mostly unknown (here in the states) cuts from bands like Earthquake, Budgie, Hawkwind, and Rose Tattoo. Wasn't Angry Anderson in one of the Mad Max movies? The Rose Tatto song was 'Astra Walley'. Couldn't understand one word but it definitely rocked.

Hey twofornow you are correct Rose Tattoo lead singer Angry Anderson was in Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome (Mad Max 111) He was Tina Turner's short henchman with the big helmut. Well spotted

Yeh NZ brother, Rose Tattoo are Aussie, they haven't played together for some years unfortunately. Angry Anderson was on TV a couple of years back doing those charity renovation shows (you know organising a bunch of tradesman & suppliers to rebuild disabled kid's playgrounds & that sort of thing.) haven't seen anything of him lately.
I went to a gig with Rose Tattoo & The Angels  about 6 years ago, man the Tatts were loud, my ears still bleed occasionally.

Sounds good mate. You heard the rumour of AC/DC coming to NZ? I heard there coming to a thing we have every year not sure if they do in Aussie as well called "The Big Day Out"? Chilli Peppers, Prodigy, System of a Down etc etc are coming as well.
I was so keen on seeing AC/DC I would have traveled to see them overseas. Hope they come here......  :D 8)

Angus hasn't got "too" many years of duck walking left in him.  :(

Oh, forgot to add...I have to really crank it up to hear the music....472 inches of Hemi exiting out a full 3 inch exhaust and 2 chamber flowmasters can be pretty loud!

Thats the best music in that car!

I have to say for crusing music, especially in a classic Mopar, I'd have to go with the following:

AC/DC - Thunderstruck/Back in Black (or almost anything by them)
Led Zepplin
Guns and Roses - Appetite for Destruction
ZZ Top - almost anything
Lenny Kravitz - Dig in is good, American Woman (remake)
Radar Love
Steppenwulf
Golden Earrings - "Twilight Zone"
Aerosmith - (Pretty much anything)
Van Halen
Motorhead
Bush (the group  :) )
Whitesnake - "Still of the Night"
Metallica - "The One"
Scorpions

Soundtracks:

Dazed and Confused
Gone in 60 Seconds (New version, movie might not be liked as much as the original but the soundtrack was great!)

That's all I can think of right now off the top of my head.
New Group:

Evanescence
