Looking great.  You have been working on her.  Interior back in......looks like drivable.
Go ahead and smoke those tires some............... :2thumbs: :2thumbs:

She's been more or less drivable since I finished the engine compartment and got her wired back up.

The interior is original, but tired. I have an NOS pad and repainted dash frame almost ready to go in. The back seat is fine and I have nice cloth/vinyl buckets and almost new carpet from a 71 B-body that are going in as well.

After playing with it a little, I've decided to use the dark argent in a can on the tail panel.

Wish I could afford rechromed or new bumpers, but the paint job ate my wallet.

Poked around with it a little over the weekend...window felts are back in and I started some mat/resin repairs on the header panel. If I get it done by the end of the week, I can get it painted with the valances .(Still at the paint shop)

Thanks Gary. Your stripes will be going on after things around here settle down a bit. Maybe by early next year?

Rear valance has been painted for a couple weeks, but is still in the back seat of my truck. Can't afford new bumpers now, so the old ones will go back with new bolts.

Still need to re-fix the leaking trans pan gasket as well. I paid the local shop $40 to do it (easier on a lift, I figured) and now it leaks WORSE than before. All they could say about it was "oh".

Lookin Good! I personally like 69/70 B5, 71 is too light for me. I painted mine with Dupont 69/70 B5 and like it.

Can't wait to see all the pieces bolted back on!

Painted the header panel this week but it's just hanging there until I get the driver's side fender fixed. I couldn't take the job my body guy did on the mounting lip and stripped it to bare metal. Contrary to his info, you CANNOT apply paint, primer or sliksand over RUST.

Finally got some seam sealer in the gaps, too. When the weather warms up a bit, I'll get some fresh blue paint on there and sock the header down.

Bam still needs to paint my front valanve as well. I have a premonition that I'll be doing that myself also.
