This is gone take a lot of time, resto of the headliner. It's in 3 pieces and I don't know at the moment how to fix it. I think with polyesther.  :clueless:  :1zhelp:

A little up-date.
I'm doing a lot of parts. Blasting and after that powdercoating.

At this moment I'm quiet busy with the headliner. Next week the pictures.

I have to order some parts in the US and after that I can build up the rear axle.
Next week I want to bring the engine to the machineshop. I think they need it for two weeks.Than the fun part is beginning. Build up the engine  :woohoo:

Are you having any problems with the headliner? My challenger has an SE headliner in it which is the same type of headliner as you have and mine was pretty bad to start with. If you have any questions about it i might beable to help you with it.

I'm gone try to repair the headliner with fiberglas. Only the broken parts I will repair with it. After that I replace the headliner to fix the corners. Maybe you got any other suggestion?

Tonight I made a model for the headliner to put the headliner on outside the car. I hope it will work this way.

Nice little thing you got made there...if your headliner was all bent and warped as mine was you can use that model you have made and spray the headliner with a water bottle (just get it damp) and let it dry and it should take shape to your mold....if that doesnt work you can take some stock headliner bows and use some fine wire and run the wire thru the holes in the headliner and tie the headliner biws to the back of the headliner and that will help keep it in shape too. also...make sure that the overhead console fits good before you stick it in the car...we didnt realize that my console was warped untill we stuck it in the car then we had to pull everything back out and do it again.

and using material that is a little bit thicker then stock will help hide some of the imperfections and places that you have repaired

Thanks for your information

Today I'm looking with a guy that works everyday with fiberglass. He will help me with the headliner.

I have order the material in Canada. It's pretty thick, looks good and original.

the only reason i didnt go original material is because of how much more expensive it was. plus basically no one will know the difference anyways

Seeing as you went to a lot of effort to stiffen up the body, you may want to consider reinforcing the k-member/steering box mounting as well with gussets and seam welds. :2cents:
Looks like your ride is progressing nicely!  :2thumbs:

Also do the steering colom. I change it from manual steering to power steering. I use a other steering colom as donor.

All the parts are powdercoated.

Here are some some more pics: http://s57.photobucket.com/albums/g217/rebenk/Steering%20colom/?start=all
