    73 Cuda front bumper plates

    What are these plates that fit between the bumper support brackets and the frame rail?Mine didnt have them when i disassembled the car and im not sure they are really needed.I thought at first they were to help the support from moving on the frame,but the tangs go into the support.Anyone?

    the picture of this is in the service manual.Guess ill have to learne how to post pictures.
