Next question
Tried to remove the bushings in UCA and so for I just got one out
But is this the outing part of the bushing that alsa hace to be removed?

The new bushing is about 3/16" bigger then the hole in UCA so I guess it´s like that but I cant see any gap that indicates that there are 2 different pieces  ???

I thought the exact same thing.  It didn't look like there was a gap between the outer bushing shell and the UCA but there is.  I have a cheap press that I used along with an old socket to remove and install the bushings.  The old ones will press out from the inside.

Here's a pic of mine with the bushings removed.  This pic should help you see how it comes apart.

Looks like you found one with that extra ring installed on the inside of the bushing. This has been a topic before, they were added at the factory when the upper bushings did not press in tight enough. Makes it a little harder to remove that bushing.

Yes, you have to press them from the inside to the outside to get them out.  The arms are the same.  You just have an extra ring on the inside witch was explained in the post above.

Are those extra rings available new anywhere?  I had one bushing press in real easily.

I have never seen them available new. I had no idea the factory even did that till I found one installed on my control arm. Maybe someone else with more info will chime in here.

I think it is just the angle of that pic. Your arms should look just like that once you get the bushings out.

Yes. Once you get those outer shells out of the arms they should look just like that pic burdar posted.

Or shall I take away the both of the "tubes" inside so nothing  support the busch there?

Looks that there in no "inside tubing" on new uca from mancini

I have 2 diam on the inside as u can see on my pic

The outer "tube" is part of the control arm. I only have this one pic showing the new bushings installed in the arms. Mine pressed in just fine and did not need that extra inner ring (tube) re-installed.

The sleeve you have on the inside of the arm looks like it functions about the same as the bearing retainer collar on the rear axles. If the bushing has been sloppy on the original hole on the upper control arm, they have pressed a retainer sleeve over the bushing so that the bushing itself wont fall off. In your pic, it looks like you have removed the internals of the original bushing and the outer shell of the bushing is still in place, like the collar is holding it there?

I removed all four bushings last weekend from mine and I had some major problems with the last one. First three came out without any problems but on the last one the "face plate" on the inside side of the bushing went inside the outer shell and kinda ballooned and stretched the end so that there was no way it could have been pressed out completely, I got it about 2/3 way out before it stopped. I had to cut the other end off the bushing off and press it out to the other direction.

2 of my problems is that I don´t have a press and no large socket that fits over the bushing at the moment

Anyway now I got one bushing and x-tra ring away

Both arms has one side with a extra ring and one without

Here the rest of bushing/ring
