I was thinking that the worm gear or the other part that meshes with it would be worn out? Can i buy those from you and rebuild it myself? Cant be that hard can it?
Im sick of paying other people to do the work i can!!!!

Well everyone concerned. I took a chance today and had my challenger wheel aligned by a new place and what do you know!!!!!!!!!! There was too much toe out and get this my steering box is perfect
They realigned the car too the specs i found on this site and it drives unreal
As for the last mechanic............well lets say he copped an earfull and will no longer be dealing with me again or anyone i know. Thanks for all you guys help.

Awesome , the original specs for wheel alignment don't work with modern tires as radials were nto available when the cars were originally built
setting up with the specs I suggest will get it steering a Lot better at least , I am glad you found someone who would set it up correctly for you
