I cannot find wrinkle paint
« on: November 06, 2009 - 10:31:10 PM »
I was going through Roswell today so I stopped at Home Depot to get some wrinkle paint for my air cleaner. I could not find any and the paint guy looked at me like I was a martian for asking for it. Was it Lowes that has it? I wish I would have thought of it while I was up in Albuquerque, there are no Lowes around here   :'(

I've checked into this already as I need to re do my Valve covers. What I hear is the best black wrinkle paint is available from any Harley Davidson dealer. Heat the part in the oven first I hear works best too.

Thanks guys, I will remember those and look for them. Too bad we have neither an Advanced Auto or a Harley dealer in this town 8(
I will try to get some the next time I go to a town with more than a Walmart.
