    I came in from working on my car today, and I checked Craigs List and I saw an add for a set of Ralley rims 15x7 and 15x10 with BF Goodrich Radial T/A's 245/15 and 275/15, for $400. They looked good in the picture, as they came with caps and trim rings.  :2thumbs:

    I went and looked at them and picked them up.   :jumping:  Good tread left, about half, and very nice looking driver quality finish.  They will clean up very nicely.

    I can't wait to see them on my car.

    wow Ron, what is the back space on the 15x10's?   If they dont fit your car. Im interested in them :2thumbs:

    Alan, I haven't gotten the chance to measure them yet.  The came off a 1970 Hemi Challenger, so I am hoping they fit my car.  If not, you get first dibbs on them.  :2thumbs:

    Wow! That's a major score. I wonder where they found trim rings to fit the 15x10s correctly.

    By the way, Im wasnt trying to pry that good deal out of your possession.  And it is a good deal.  I am pretty sure 10 inch wouldnt fit on barracudas. Challengers have a bigger area they fit in. They would rub the outter quarter panel wheel well lips.  I am doing another type of car.  But I hope the rims fit on your car with some jacker upper shocks :working: :burnout: I think the stock offeset is like 4.5 back space. They make a kit to move your springs in an inch or so, so you may be able to get them on there and keep a good stance on your car.

    I noticed that too, the trim rings fit right. I guess the backspacing is stock in front which would guarantee them fitting inside the wheel lips but it sure would throw a lot of tire at the springs.

    Alan, I know you are not trying to "steal my deal"  but if they don't work for me I will sell the 10"rs to you and get 8" rims.  :2thumbs:

    I measured the back spacing and it is 6" inches, so, more than likely they are not going to fit my car.  :grinno:

    Only time will tell, and I have none today.

    Ron,

      You are going to have to move the rear springs in to get those 15X10's on there. Not a big job, but it depends on how bad you want 15X10's.   :grinyes:

    Thanks Mike. I wasn't thinking of running 10 inch rims but I couldn't pass up the deal.  I may just buy some 8" rims and sell these to Alan.

    I decided to go with 15x8 with a 41/2” back spacing.  I got the Wheel Vintiques, but from Jegs, as they where over $20 dollars a piece cheaper and Jegs offers free shipping. 

    I will still run the 275-15 BFGs though.

    I saw those on CL a while back. Congrats on the score.  Thats was a smokin deal.   I'm glad a forum member got them. If I had the scratch you wouldn;t have been so lucky!  :)

    I have a set of Rallye wheels 15X8's with a pair of 225's and 255's on them.  I'll sale the set to someone local around the Seattle area.  I bought a set of 17 inch wheels for the car and don't expect to go back to 15's.  I also have the original rims 14's for a 1970 convertible and hub caps.  I'm thinking of just scraping them with the original style rear axle.  Don't get excited it isn't a dana or 8 3/4 rear.   If anyone local is interested we can talk about other parts I have laying around or hopefully this year will have available.
