Thanks for the pics, coupman. It's raining cats, dogs, cow & horses here, so I can't do much outside.

Slotts, does the 74 bumper itself stick out any further from the body than the 73?

If not, I might be able to use your 74 brackets, Alan. I have the rest of the assembly. PM me when you get a chance and we'll hammer out the details.

Thanks to all shedding more light on this thread.

Not sure about 73/74 cudas.  :dunno:

I've seen 74's with both the bigger and smaller rubber bumpers.  Does anyone know if all 74's got the bigger ones or was it a running change starting on Jan 1st of 74?

My 73 Challenger has some differences to other 73's I've seen and also wonder if those are due to new rules taking effect on Jan 1st.

The 74 fit the same as the 73 i tryed it on my car ,that the one am going to use.Am going to try to cut the bracket to move the bumper in look like it no do hard to do .The front one you only have to make the bolt holes big in the front to move te bumper in very easy to do.The back one am going to make shure that the bumper come back to the same place .I just like to get more info hoe E-tek did his .

On the fronts you just have to drill the square holes in the brackets to 5/8" and the bumper will move in just like the 70-72's.
