You really should look into an insurance company with "Agreed Value". They basically let you choose the insured value, as long as it is not something ridiculous. With as many mods and upgrades as there are on our classic cars, if you go with an insurance company that uses the blue book value, you're most likely going to get screwed. Check out Grundy or Haggerty for starters, and there are plenty more. Do a site search, it's been brought up several times before.
