During a recent trip to a local salvage yard, I found a fairly interesting car.

8 1/4" Sure-Grip rear
HD 11" Drum Brakes
Power Steering Cooler
The simple interior and upgraded suspension had me thinking "Police", but the 318-2V is throwing me off.
Anyway, how can I tell if this car came with an upgraded steering chuck? Are there external visual cues?
