My '70 Cuda has no build sheet but does have a fendertag.....I'm just not sure if it's original or not. Any input?

Hard to say if the fender tag is original or not; looks original (to a 383 Cuda) but you need to decode it and see if the options add up (are present on your car). This isn't 100% either as there are numerous stories of original tags that didn't match the car exactly (more or less options).

I have the tag for my Cuda but nothing for my Challenger. I had a tag made but it is not exact. I would like to get a faux tag made for my Cuda listing the new build with made up options like 416 engine, 4 link, spoilers, etc. Basically a clearly fake tag but a cool conversation point when the car is done. I even thought I would do a second tag (like a Hemi fender or trans am tag) that says "Special Build by xxxxxx" or something.

My 70 barracuda gran coup has fender tag no build sheet, LA built car. 70 challenger R/T-S/E, fender tag no build sheet. Hamtramic built but burnt orange interior swap t out for A 72 or so black gut. who ever did it didn't even change out the s/e door panel inserts, let alone A build sheet.

fender tag yes, build sheet I found was for another /6 B5/B5 Barracuda a few hundred off my VIN#. L.A. car. getting the VIN inspection today so I can finally get the title and get going

Seriously doubt it's original... The font looks like Hamtramck but it's an LA built car... 1970 vintage LA tag has a very unique font and thats not it...  FWIW it's still a very cool car & who cares about the tag...
