lower control arm pin/spindle removal

hi,does anyone have pics as to how to remove the pin/ or spindle from the lower control arm or any advice,thanks

Mancinis sells a tool from us mUSCLE THAT WORKS GREAT OR USE SOME HEAT FROMA PROPANE TORCH & {I HATE CAPS LOCK] & pry it out with a pickle fork

Pickle fork and 3lb hammer separated mine.

can this be done with conrol arms out of car since it will be hard to hold in place,thanks
