I saw that on the news yesterday. That poor woman didn't want to shoot him. She did the right thing. Who knows what would have happened to her if she hadn't shot him.

Looks like she gave the guy plenty of warning. He got what he deserved for breaking into a house that was not his.

If he wasn't doing what he shouldn't of been doing he would be alive today. She has the right to protect herself and her property.

I highly doubt that would hold up in Canaduh , from previous similar events it seems you as the home owner would be charged here , fortunatly common sense has long since left here .
with severe weather storms & the city policy of not clearing snow from residential streets our city has been out ticketing people trying to park in front or near their homes because they were not parked near enough to the curb even though you cannot locate the curb under 3-4 ' of snow & to make matter worse one guy who owned a skid steer & a dump truck cleared out his street as it was impassable at his own cost & the city sent the cops around to ticket him $500  for illegally clearing the snow  :faint: WTH  :stomp: :pullinghair: :hyper: :swear:
I guess we should take this example from out leaders  & start kicking all good samaritans in the balls
