Not a huge fan of the new ford trucks, but the off-road capabilities of this truck are supposed to be mind blowing

I saw one on the road about a month ago, and it was pretty impressive looking.  It must have been one of the first ones sold because I don't think they have been out long.  They are supposed to be quite capable off road, but I think a Jeep will still beat the snot out of it on the trails, plus check out the price.

I don't like all the little plastic pieces, like the things on the hood and the little notch-looking scoops on the front quarters. Trying to look too much like Chevy if you ask me. And as much as I love Ford pickups, they are falling way behind in the HP department. Dodge (ok, almost, but close enough) and Chevy have both broken the 400 mark, and Ford only gained 10 over the 300 from the last body style.

Wait till the 6.2L comes out in the next few months, it is going to be over 400HP.  If I were going to buy a Raptor or Mustang GT I'd hold out for that engine first.  I think the F150 will also have that engine as an option.

They are supposed to be very "Baja" orientated. Not so much your rock crawler of course, but they haul the mail off road...

Dodge is bringing back the power wagon as well.

Looks impressive, but I'm sure bigger HP would do wonders for it.

Although meant for hi-po off road use, my thoughts are that I'll probably see one of these first wedged next to my car at the mall... with a big ding in my door ..

Saw one over Thanksgiving holiday.  Pretty cool in person.  It was getting quite a few looks too.

Forgot to mention that they say it is really set up for high speed off-roading.  Like a pre-runner.  Not really meant for a trail rig or crawling.
