hi
big problems
oil is leaking behind ol filter plate
i use 1 gasket .. the 2 gasket
look like i need 3 thik gasket to get it seal probber
i am doing something wrong ..??

The plate might be slightly bent. Are you sure that its not a leaky oil seal on the filter?

I think .. i using the wrong filter plat it have6 holes the old on had 4 !!??
are they difference plat ? for differenc years

Should only use 1 gasket around outside and one small gasket under middle. Make sure that block surface is clean all the way around and use brake cleaner then gasket sealer on both sides of gasket to make it stick. Make sure plate isn't bent AND clean. 6 holes or 4 holes doesn't matter.

Emphasis on CLEAN... no silicone, no fingerprints... I routinely drill extra holes in that plate so it's not a big deal. But you want to make sure the parts are not warped and you have the right gaskets.
