i meant no insult by that comment. youre gonna flip when i tell you what i got mine for. are you ready?
I'm not insulted at all. I did walk away from my car until the seller came down far enough. If I knew then what I know now, I would have passed. I'm glad I didn't. The doors are in great shape and worth what I paid for the car.  :roflsmiley: It's titled in my name, and currently licensed!  I sure learned a lot on my project and now have a rust free car to build. You fortunately have a great one to start with this time.

i've been a mopar guy at heart since i was a teenager watching the dukes of hazard. my favorite dream car has always been a 71 hemi cuda.

Mine too the 71 cuda just looks so mean and down to business ,...the way a muscle car should be!!! :2thumbs:

Welcome Dave. If your 70 is built the same way as my 74, you'd probably be better taking out the rear body panel (tailamp pnl) when you change the floor. The one piece is the way to go, but the rear body pnl installs inside the rear flange of the trunk floor and would be difficult, if not impossible, to install otherwise. Been there......

i like them all. everyone had cutting edge designs. gm,ford, amc, but chrysler had everyone beat in the design department my opinion.

I think they still do!!!... from what I have driven that was newer. I really like the Ram trucks they are getting nice and classy, love it when mopar does that!!

don't forget about the new challengers. they have the most faithful retro look and have the mustang and camaro beat hands down. i thought the mustang was pretty cool until the challenger came out for 2008.

i pulled out the rear seats and i did not find any buildsheets. anywhere else they might be?

i have the vin and fender tag for the car.
Broadcast sheets are typically found:
Under the front bucket seats
Behind the rear seat back
Under the rear seat
Under the package tray
Inside the front seat upper covers
Taped to the top of the glove box
Under the carpet

I've heard of a few other strange places, but those I believe are the most common.  If you do find a sheet it might not even be for your car.  The Hamtrack historical site has a forum that attempts to reunite broadcast sheets with their correct cars.

I bought one of these for my car and found it quite useful, especially the wiring diagrams!  :2thumbs:

I think there is a code for it but I have no idea what it is? I'm not into the " numbers matching" sort of thing. I just drive the snot outta them!  :aarg:

hi brad; i've been talking to mike "challenger III" and he told you have done some interesting suspension mods including a reworking of the steering box. tell me more about how you beefed up the suspension in your car?
