What's horrible about the underside? Looks pretty decent to me.

Is that a state issued VIN tag towards the back of the inner fender on the driver's side?  Could this be a salvage title?

It looks like someone got happy with a cheap can of gloss black spraypaint.

For that kind of money I'd want a nice painted underside or gray primer with body color overspray.

             Looks quite a nice car, but..................Take a look at the rear go-wing,

 it looks like a cheap copy thats not wide enough. And its mounted halfway up the trunk lid !
                        Or is it just me ?

I don't think yours is mounted with factory brackets.  The go-wing location for that car is correct.

  My car still has the original trunk lid, and the go wing was fitted in the 70's, the type that

is fitted to mine was also fitted to some Ford Mustangs in those days. (I have seen them)

So, was there more than one type of go wing produced,as the one on that orange cuda

photo is definitely different to mine !     Maybe we should have a survey to see who's got which type fitted and what year car.

a gull wing  1971  is different than a go wing 1970. The angel of the pictures seems to make it look shorter is all.


I want an AAR one myself, they seem to look better when installed.   I have no bad comments to make on this original post. That car is much more done then mine is.

    Thats because i think the AAR strobe stripe looks better than the hockey stick stripe

  that was originally fitted on my car .....personal choice(and im not throwing rocks)

Yup,I put the 340 fourbarrell emblems on mine aslo but they are really correct for a Challenger.
Wow,did I really put a crappy Challenger part on my Barracuda-what was I thinking!
