Looking good!!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the intake you have is a Mopar Marine intake. I have a new Stage 5 and it is completely different except for the carb spacing. You mention Marine Stage 5 so I had to question.

P4510633 some refer to it as the stage 5, but the book says it is the Marine version, Works well with the current shaker plate that is made. Went with this instead of the OE carb set with the money difference.

Dave, Looking good. Kev tells me you're at Autorama. Got any finished pics? Couldn't be as good of a job as you did on mine!

Awesome job! I love the coutouts. Can you imagine hitting that switch when a ricer is reving on you at a stoplight? He would have to clean his shorts lol.   :smilielol:

Have to have an engine that can perform though. I had a 4-cyl Vtec Honda "RICER" that would have smoked a lot of these HP big blocks. You never know what hides behind a quiet muffler. (maybe a HUGE turbo)

Yeah but from another guy from the compact arena you and I both know that the real tuner cars are few and far between and most of them dont go around reving on random musclecars. The guys with the fast small cars are usually flying under the radar. The ones with the bi-plane tails, huge fart tips and windshield banners are the tools that go around acting the part of compete idiots.

great build   :jumping:    I`d love to hear some video....
Is it not necessary to install heatshields next to the fueltank without mufflers...?  :clueless:

Right BB71CH, I agree. I guess that's why I said QUIET muffler.

Dave, have any pics of the show setup that you can post?   What did you do about the parking brake cable?

Tim,

good to here from you, This one came out pretty good, pretty close to your except with out some major headaches we had to over come, Glad Mike went with the yeloow instead of the Red. there was 2 red cuda at the show and the color didnt look good. The yellow really pops as your lime does, The car showed pretty well as got the looks, the show was pretty long but it was a pretty good ending with taking first place in our class, I still have the bezel here I need to re strip it and paint it again, the texture didnt come out to my liking. How you and the misses are doing well. take care. here are a couple of pics. thanks

Is the exhaust setup totally custom?  Where the heck could I get something like that done?

the exhaust can be made as we did do another cuda in stainless steel for a customer. this one we did jas tti headers, tti x pipe, with flomaster mufflers with the flo tail pipe set. 3 inch pipe all the way back with the 3 inch tip.

here are a couple pics. routed wiring through a floor plug and used a speedo cable grommet in that hole to push the wire.
