I have not seen the car in person, but I do have some history on it from 1981-83.

J25 was an option for standard cluster cars, but this car is not coded for it, so the wiper motor must have been swapped. It looks like the manual foot pump is still there, barely shown in one photo.

Daytona, how many of these do you currently own if you don't mind me asking.  I know you've own a bunch in the past.  :clueless:

Very different with the white top and hood tach.  :grinyes:
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Man that car is detailed. Did the steel wheel/dog dish hubcap cars ever have trim rings like that car has?

Dog dish and steel wheels were only an option on the AAR's and T/A's. No other E-body got that combo of wheels and trim rings that i know of.

AARs had Rallye wheels actually.  ;)

T/As came with steel wheels & caps with trim rings standard, rallyes were an option.

...I currently have 2 T/A Challengers, quite a few passed thru my hands in the past

...the white top is different, although not particularly attractive(JMO)...it just doesn't fit the car

...kinda looking for something special, but not sure what it is yet...I'll know it when I see it I guess

And how rare is a hood mounted tach? Was that a dealer installed item or?
