Does the jegs recirculating tank need two hoses or does it just return through the one line?

They use one line.  It works off presure in the radiator.

I ordered the black powder coated 3" can. It should fit much better behind my grill (in front of the radiator). Got tired of the occasional yellow puddles.

NIKKI was like an old harley... always marking her spot I added a small tank on some fabbed brackets .. works perfect!

I like the look of that tank....where did you get it?

I was going to use a "stock" tank but I used the wider radiator and it seems like I just dont have the room now for the stock bottle.....

I have seen small bottles on hot rods etc at shows and have been thinking i would like to do something similar.

My fish doesnt often leave puddles...as was said, once the rad finds its level, its is OK. But every now and then.  Plus, I wouldnt mind having that little bit of extra coolant in there.

I got it from a buddy of mine who bought at at jefferson swap meet. He was saving it for his nova but saw the anti-freeze spot in his drive way! Jefferson is the BIG spring and fall meet in these parts. Ive seen them in other places to. And in different sizes. There is a flat bracket made right on the side of it. So I did some measuring and went hunting around the shop for the right piece of metal to make a bracket. I found a piece maybe 3/4 inch wide and maybe a 1/16th thick maybe 30 inch long . drilled it to match the holes on the bracket made to the bottle. then bent and measured so it would use the same bolts that hold in the radiator on that side - I'm kind of a freak for NOT drilling EXTRA holes in my car.  cut and dressed the ends then I gave it a scuff and spray (rattle can). and hooked her up. Looks good and no more puddles!!   :2thumbs:

This is the jegs 3" canister which fits and looks very good imo.
It is versatile in that it comes with several fittings, allowing you to use it as an overflow bottle with a petcock drain, or as a recirculating can

Mancini Racing has generic overflow and recirc bottles in several colors.  I put black recirc bottles in front of the radiator support on both my old Mopars and now the cars don't puke on the floor anymore  :grinyes:
