Been messin with the plastic parts for a few days now, gotta get a usable set of tail lights outta this mess, the splash shields are ok(minor flaws) & the bumper guard rubbers may actually work(sanded off all the dings & cleared em)

Now these door panels are acient history( started on em 4 years ago) lets just say they were garbage, chalky, deep gouges generally ready for the trash, being bored one day I cleaned em up, put a coat a por 15 on em(stuff said flexible right :naughty: ) then primed & sanded till I had some flat surfaces(gouges out) now there's no grain left, but since the budget is gone, I can hope they come out decent enough to use for a while?
So today I pulled one out cleaned it up & shot it with semi flat black, still some sanding marks, but a little more sanding & paint & I think I can use them & not be too embarrest by my work? :eek4: Rich.

Ok, so with the nice weather I figgered I'd try & touch up the tail panel, wrong, either I waited too long or not long enough, paint blistered in a few spots, she's back in primer again! :pullinghair:

On the half good side I got HALF the brake stuff I ordered, por15'd the rotors & one drum that showed, clear coated the rest. more parts in by tues. only thing they couldn't locate was the front cable for the emergency brake, anyone see those around(the one that goes right to the pedal assembly!

Interior panels will do for now, lots a little flaws, but not knowing if the paint will even stay on there good enough for now, if it holds up a good while I can sand out the flaws & shoot em again, or better yet, find decent ones!  :dunno: Rich.

Rears are in, so the wheels are done, next up is the master & the last few lines in the bay. on the e-brake I'm waiting on the intermediate & front cables, then bleed em up! Then maybe, just maybe I'll have brakes! :smokin: Rich.
