Thats the kit I got, here's the link BB..........
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Cuda-Challenger-Door-Mirror-Nuts-Screws-Install-Kit_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1742Q2em153Q2el1262QQcategoryZ10076QQihZ008QQitemZ180198342280QQtcZphoto

Too much hassel trying to get the nut on the back with all the hardware in, there is an actual tool for those nuts, grainger sells the kit I think there called "nutserts"(tool with assortment of nuts for about 70 bucks) but I have a friend with it, just not close by so I'll wait on it, it's like a rivit gun, put threaded piece in, attach the tool & squeeze!
Got snowed on here a little anyway, will take a while before i'm outside again  ::) Rich

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Well not a lot of car time latley, lifes little monkey wrenches have ben flyingh my way.
Went out for a while today & got more electrical stuff workin. 340 bros, I used one of those fuses, thanks for the overkill on the fuse supply! that got most workin, scrapped up some grounds & got the top dash lights on, heater control & rear plate light still not on, but really didn't dig too deep on those.
but now (after the plate light) I'll be night legal!
Got a front bumper filler, clean, paint that & I can drill out the grille for mounting(must be a 72 grille, no holes for the filler screws.) Borrowed a nut sert tool & got the inset tightened up, just need to drill out the other door & I can mount the mirrors
So thats about it for car stuff for now, see yas around! Rich.

K , got a few hours in today. Mounted the drivers side mirror, ended up using the old one, I have a slightly better one, but no gasket, so for now at least I have one on!

Drilled out the pass door for the nutserts & installed those(will post the tool over in tech for those interested) had another gasketless mirror so I put some foam under it till I get the gasket set. I messed quite a while trying to get an aftermarket ariel in, could not get it to look right straight so I used the angle setup, maybe i can locate a decent original before too long?
Added an extta ground wire to the rear plate light & got that workin, so just the heater switch light is out now!

I haven't searched ebay yet for the gaskets, if I can't find em I'll post up, the antenna is no big deal, not a "correct" car anyway, if it stays in(underside barley grabs in the hole) I'll leave it on. Thanks,Rich.

Great job on the car Rich! You will be cruising in style with that bad boy  :burnout: When I read your thread I think about Moparnuts all the time. I think about sending the magnum exhaust manifolds packed in spray foam lol. What a maroon for not even putting them in a bag  :smilielol: Anyway, glad to see you are plugging away at it  :2thumbs:

LOL I would at least put a bag over its head to ensure at least a small bubble of good air
Did the windage tray turn out to be of any use?

Yeah I bet it is like I figured, probably cheaper in the long run just to get a windage tray kit as opposed to getting just the main bolts and windage tray bolts seperate  :(  The car sure is looking good though. I am really dreading taking off my hvac unit to rebuild it. How much of a pain was it? Yours turned out nice.
