     ??? Didn't know where to say Hi, so i dropped in here, got one 73 barracuda rustbucket halfway to rebirth & a little more solid 74 'Cuda waiting in the wings, need some time to wonder around & see what you guys are up to, thanks for the heads up Jeff!
    here's a shot of my first expirement with paint, she's still in the finish bodywork stage at this point!

    & here's the 74, brought up from texas, or otherwise know as the texas 'Cuda!
    top was covered with surface rust, so to preserve it till I get to it I stripped it to metal & literally slopped a coat a por15 on it!  She'll hold a while now! ;D  Rich.

    Thanks Guys, 3 yrs into the 73, I hopin to be done in 2 more, still need lotsa parts, the car was really a basket case, but once I got over the horror & started putin some new metal on there was no turning back. Learned a ton & am still learning, I haven't touched a car in bout 25 yrs, so the 73 is the schooling that I hope will prepare me to do the 74 up really nice!(& it's not near as "RUSTY") ;D Rich.

    Rusty   looks like your car is coming along nicely!!  Do you ever really stop learning???  Do you really ever stop working on it??   :P  I'm sure its going to be a great car!!  I guess the only thing I would change on both your car and 360's great looking cuda are the huge bumper guards on the rear!!  Just my opinion but here is a pic of mine after the change!   ::)  ::)  ::)

    4C,
      I just assumed your car was a 72 because it didn't have the big bumper guards. Does the rear valance panel have a larger opening for the 73-74 bumper guards? I can't tell from your picture. I'm just thinking it might look a little funny with big cut-outs and those smaller bumper guards... then again, maybe not ???

    Hey 4C, yours looks great, but I'm kinda partial to the big ones,had a 74 , my first new car & lived in NY, so those bumper guards were put to good use! ;D it's color code was E7(burnished red metallic) thats what I'm doin up the clone in, the 74 'Cuda is a B5 blue car, has blue interior in driver condition so I will keep that orig.
    here's the one I never shoulda sold!  :'( Rich.

    Hey,glad ya made it over Rusty.I can vouch for all the work you put into the`73 seeing your work progress over at Scatpack.I thought my `72 was rusty but you got me beat by a bunch!

    It's the same valance but the little bumper guards go in the holes and the 73-4 guards go over and
    on top of the holes. As for the way they look, I like em both ways 8)

    MEK it is the same valance but the mounting brackets are different. 73+ had a spacer between the bumper and the body.  70-71 brackets are needed.  :-\

    At this point I would love to put any bumper guards into action! ;D both cars still sittin, did finally send in the application for plates for the 74, gonna drive that baby UGLY till i get the 73 done, been messing up the painting the last few weeks, started with omni, just can't get the color right, so now I have multi colors on it, bottom 2 coats & 1 of clear, interior 2 & 1, trunk 3 & 1, engine bay 4 & 3, still not dark enough!!! >:(

    asked the right questions at the paint shop this time, opened the wallet REAL wide & got a gal of dextron 2000 mixed for me, if they only would have told me before, if i was any good at painting I bet I coulda covered nicely (over gray primer) in one coat, this is 2, & mucho more like my old car color, I will probably redo the bay, interior & bottom will stay that candy apple lookin color!  ::) Rich.
