Sounds interesting. Any detail on what will be improved for the interior, or pictures of what it will look like?
They haven't released any pictures that I am aware of, but I have read on some credible sources, like Cardomain or redletter dodge maybe, that the interior will be upgraded and a new steering wheel is one of the upgrades.
It has also been announced that there will be some interior color choices, at least 3 or 4, like tan, white, and red, available either later this year or with the 2011's.
It's a shame they are making classics with white stripes now but still the one dark gray interior. With a white interior and white stripes, the already great looking car would be incredible!
No doubt pricing will be higher with the 6.4, but no numbers yet. With the auto show season starting, expect more details on enhancements to the Challengers to be coming out soon!
And for what it costs to buy a Challenger in Europe (with duties, shipping, taxes, etc I have heard over 60K US?), it would really make sense to make a trip to the US or Canada and check out and test drive both cars before making such an expensive decision! Chosing a car based only on magazine articles and pictures is really not enough information to make the decision. You have to experience it firsthand and see how a car fits you. A trip here would be cheap compared to buying a car and then later deciding you don't like it!
