    ran 300 miles in 5th grade   hour a day for 4 or 5 months at school (1st in my grade 3rd in school only 8 made it), I think I have ran less than that in the last 11 years..    you should see me drive a marathon.     :burnout:

    Okay, I looked it up. Looked good; too bad you sold it. But, there are more out there (for a price, that is). I just may buy a '68 or '69 Charger if an ideal one shows up (that is affordable).

    Incidentally, someone on another message board with no taste actually started a thread about the "Jokewagon" (Volkswagen) Bug (why?).

    I, of course, had to reply and mention Mopars. He'll probably get mad that I'm bashing something he likes, but it's important to let others know about mighty Mopars.

    Yeah, like a 36-hp VW (that's about the hp of a '50 VW- maybe even less) would have a chance against ANY '60s U.S. car. Even a Corvair would blow away a '50 VW!

    I believe it. I probably could on my bicycle... at least for the first 200 or 300 feet.

    That post is getting worse. Another person with no taste posted some pics. And the guy who started the thread posts a pic of what he calls a "classic" 1984 VW. Classic? Lol. Not in a million years!
