    COOL.

Notice the distinct nose up attitude of the car using the OEM alignment specs.

Sounds like a great time.
How did you figure out the route taken in the movie?

good question, we had to use alot of different sources from just about 2 or 3 different countries, its a long story but there is some partial info on the net and people like Ed Korycan is obsessed with the movie, he is one of the many people that helped, but the route is fiction, but they use places like the old us 6 in the hills of colorado, also a town called rifle(and we concluded he was headed east the wrong way),then Cisco,Ut just outside of the Colo.Utah state line ,now a ghost town but they crashed the car there, then some other towns like Greenriver,Ut, Austin Nevada (chase scene), also Gold field Nev.(Radio Station,)and for grins we did pass through Vegas ,but did not stop, there are more sites as we did not get to them all which is what we plan on doing in 2011 and the town of Austin is planning a40 th reunion

Anybody notice the hood flying in the air in the final crash scene? Certainly NOT a Challenger hood.

Man, I totally forgot about all the wacky flashback scenes.
My name is Steve and I'm addicted to Challengers...

I could be wrong but I thought I read that this mirror was used as the head of it was smaller and allowed better view of Barry Newman in the driver's seat?  :dunno:
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Pic #2 and 3 of my ARII 1/24 scale model car

I love the VP movie, even the newer version is o.k. (by the way, has that on ever made it dvd?).  The mirror on that car looks a lot like the one that came from the factory on a friends 72 Cuda.  Or maybe his was round, now I won't be able to sleep until I find out!

New one is ok,ending would be better if he crashed into Jason Priestley, instead.
I have about 10 to 1 ratio going,watch old one 10 times,watch new one,once.
When I watch the old one I turn the lights down low, light a few candels and make sure nobody is home.
