LA plant question- any V0E cars?
« on: January 12, 2010 - 02:38:59 PM »
I saw a for sale listing on another site for a V code '70 cuda that says it was built at the LA plant.  I thought the LA plant didn't make some E body varients including convertibles, hemis and 6 packs.  I've seen plenty of N0E cars and some U0E cars but never a V0E car.  So what is the deal here, were any V codes made at the LA plant?

Interesting, after all these years I still learn something new about E bodies from time to time!
Does that mean there are some LA built V code Challengers out there too?

I know several V0E Cuda VINs but I never see a V0E Challenger.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

I do not recall seeing any V code Challengers from there yet either.

The did make V code B-Bodies though.

They were interviewing some guy on the news the other night who witnessed a shooting and I noticed his last name was "Chrysler".  Thought that was sort of cool!

Soooooo, was there V code Challengers that came out of LA in 70?  Or only Cudas?

I would say NO V-code Challengers from LA, only V-code Cudas.

What kind of logic is there for that?
