Door hinge bolts question
« on: January 12, 2010 - 03:15:28 PM »
I know where the bolts with the big washers go, but why are there long and short bolts for the rest, and which goes where?

I don't remember the exact placement of them. You can look where the bolts go through the body and see which side has threads. But some go in from the inside of the car and thread into the hinges, and some go through the hinges and thread into the body of the car. Hope this helps.

Kurt, I had the same quandry. I had painted all of my nuts and bolts on cardboard without specifically labeling which went where.
I have the manual in the garage.
I'll take a peek to describe specifically what Bolts I put where.
I'll take some pics if it helps. Just send me your email addy.
