    A friend of mine used to see a girl like that and comment "I'd volunteer to be the D.C." and I could never figure out what the "D.C." stood for??? After a few months he finally let it out.

    Anybody wanna guess what the "D.C." was for???

    But typically when I have heard (but never used) dc related to a hot chick it meant "dumb c@nt"
