Cuda Fender Question

Ok I attached a pic, what all models and what does it take to get this fender type on a car? Was this 70-71 or 71 only.
Sorry for so many questions, but I see these on the hemi cuda's and was not sure if it is a entire fender or add on louvers etc. thanks

71 only. They can be added to a 70 but are not correct on the 70 cars.

They do make the patch kits so that you could install the louvers on any fender. Unfortunately you cant just bolt that fender onto another year because the headlight buckets are different.

Yes I am, I see you have kits, gaskets patch panels etc.
What all is needed?
Also if a person was to add these to a 70 fender do you have a template or intrustions etc?
