Nice save man :2thumbs: jake71 over on Moparts has a thread ongoing showing the resto of a similar condition 71 Challenger R/T. It's a great read and may help when you get started on your own 71 R/T. Heck, he makes it look like a piece of cake as he obviously has past metalworking experience.

I found an old address for Horne Lake Auto Wrecking and I Google Earthed it....man, all the property is now is a big empty chunk of land in the middle of bushes. Not even a tire left!

very nice score...looks like its even got some genuine bullet holes.

I used to have a 71 RT, 340 auto....sadly she is no longer with us. :crying: :crying:

it his a bridge in 78 racing around town. We found the speedo laying in the back seat and the needle was broke at 110. The giant hole in the firewall was caused by the drivers front tire which broke the guys legs and ended up under the front seat. the passengers side quarter was even buckled from the impact
