Thanks Chris, that means joining another forum  :roflsmiley: but his info. would be great. And since I'm talking Dart he would not need to worry about someone cloneing another Duster like his. You must be a member there Chris, have you talked with him, would you say he seems like the kind of guy who'd be willing to share some information?

I have'nt talked to him. I will look him up and add him as a friend tonight, when I get home. I'll ask questions, and try to put him in touch with you.

 Thanks Chris and Brandon, got your pm Brandon.  :2thumbs: I figured I'd do a little "detective" work today on the computer, but you two have saved me a lot of time, especially since I'm as sharp as a 20# sledge when it goes to puter stuff.  :roflsmiley: Brandon thanks for the other pics, it's obvious that this man knows what he is doing. And I have a son who lives in Missouri (Springfield), sure would be sweet if I could just have his shop build this hood and drive out and pick it up. But to just have him share what components he used to build it would be great too, I have a very good (and talented) friend who operates a body shop, he did our Charger and Challenger. He also has done a few corvetes so working with fiberglass would not be a problem for him.

Thanks again guys  :worshippy  Just another example of the quality of character of most of the members here  :2thumbs:  :2thumbs: Going out of their way to help...........................even an old fart like me.  :smilielol:

Just got off the phone talking with Tim at his shop, real nice guy for sure. He said he'd build one for me whenever I wanted him to. Now when I get the nerve to say yes do I say anything to Pam or just do it?  :roflsmiley:  :roflsmiley:  He has alredy done this and it obviously turned out just as good as any factory appalication, probably beter, but boy that is a lot of $$$$$, but it also would probably be a 1 of 1 71, at least for a  Dart hood.  :cooldancing:

Hey I know a body guy out in Ft. Jennings, Ohio, his name is Tony and he is a lot closer than Missouri....................wonder if he'd consider doing such a project? In fact he has even seen the Dart when he stopped by the garage on his way home from 2007 Carlisle. I consider him a real good friend...............I wonder what he thinks of me?  :smilielol:

Im sure tim's prices are pretty pricey, but having seen his work in person i can GUARANTEE that you will like it. His work is second to none.

some more of Tims work. He built this duster for the same guy as the road runner. It won numerous awards at the mopar nats.  It has a 340 that is bored and stroked to...i want to say a 434??? It was the guy he built it for's first car and tim said that the car was in really really bad shape when they started
