Am I buliding off the shelf with plated cylinders I have here, hitting the build window or am I restoring your original motors?

If I have the date code on the shelf, turn around is under two weeks, because right now I'm a little swamped  LOL, if I'm restoring original motors, I ask for a 4-6 week lead time so that your cylinders, etc. can go into my plating runs.  I'm charged a "rack fee" whether I have 1 piece of 100, so I try to do 50 cylinders or better at a time.

For myself I'd say mine (but he11 I dont even know if its date correct or anything). And its 9 degrees here right now, so I do need to hold off a little... but DO NEED IT DONE! 4-6 weeks is doable.  :grinyes:

Wow looks your bulkhead clip is broken?  The retainer portion of the bulkhead clip?  Maybe it's the way the photo is shot??

The connector was damaged in shipping.  Jules is sending me another one.  Your prices are comparable to his.  It looks like you have a really nice product there.

If you know the build date we can get you into the correct date code I'm sure...and it's cold and snowy here as well, I just got hit by the triple threat as they've been calling it  LOL  I got all three, snow sleet and rain, we're an icy mess today  LOL

Lookin' forward to doing some business with you!     :woo:

burdar, thanks for the compliment, I try to put out the best product I can!

I just received my "kit" last night.  It looks great!!  The communication from the seller was outstanding.

I wish I would have sent her my core to redo instead of doing it myself because I took the core off of my shelf and accidentally dropped it and cracked a mounting ear off of it.  Now I have to find a new core for a 70. :swear:

Good eye Kim.
Plug got damaged in shipping.
I sent a replacement.
For the record I am the most expensive wiper motor restorer out there that I know of.
However you get what you pay for and more.
Email me for details if you need my services.

Farmboy70, just a curiousity question.
Was that your motor you sent to Kim to have done or
did she supply a replacement core?

I may have a core setting under the cabinet. Is a 70 charger 3 spd the same?  You can have it if the one I have is what you need. I dont want it and it sounds like you need it :smilielol:

That was my core, why?
On another note .I think I may not have thanked you for doing the vent chrome that I needed in a BIG rush.
I also had some serious issues at that time.
Thanks again if I didn't before. :2thumbs:

I appreciate the offer Al, but I am not sure if they are the same or not.  Maybe Kim or Jules could tell us?

Late 68 -75 have housings that are practically the same. Very minor differences.

I believe the housings are the same except the 982's, 915's, etc.  I may be wrong, but in the motors I've built I've only seen the early model housings are different because of the gear that was used.  I know Jules has far more experience with more types of motors than I and if I'm mistaken I'm sure he'll help here ??
