Bumper jack brackets
« on: January 27, 2010 - 08:54:01 PM »
I ended up replacing the trunk floor pan and extensions in my '70 'Cuda.  However, before I scrapped the old extensions I neglected to remove the bracket that holds the bumper jack and lug wrench in place and the  upside down "U" shaped piece that the bumper jack storage spring attaches to.  I've looked through several of my restoration catalogs and on line and can't seem to locate these brackets.  Can somebody please advise me if they are available and where I might purchase them if they are?
Thanks
Brad

I also carry these brackets and they are very nice.

You can see a picture in my catalog which you can download online.

I ordered the spare tire hold down bracket and jack brackets from Dave at Roseville today.  However, I need some help with measurements since there are no reference holes/spots/etc. for the bumper jack bracket and jack hold down spring bracket on the replacement trunk extension.  If somebody would be so kind as to measure the distance from the rear tail light panel and how far in from the quarter where they are welded at it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
