i am hopefully going to be buying a 1971 challenger r/t with the shaker option tomorrow. 383/4speed. 3.91 suregrip. plum crazy with white stripes, vinyl top, and interior. it is a rough project missing the drivetrain, but the price is right. once the deal is done, and the title is in my name, i will post the vin. it is an early production model; september 1970 as far as i can tell.

i didn't get the car; but i'll post the vin for the registry. JS23 N1B 15721. that is what is on the fender tag. probably JS23N1B015721. here's a pic of the fender tag. sorry about the quality, it was taken(not by me) with a camera phone. if you save it to your computer, you can blow it up, and make out most of the codes.
